The first hearing of the lawsuit filed against T24 Editor-In-Chief Doğan Akın due to his tweets on Fuat Avni was held at Istanbul 25th Assize Court with the charge of “aiding an illegal organisation.” The court decided to send the file to the Prosecutor’s Office to prepare an opinion on the basis and scheduled the next hearing for April 17.
