A man wearing a black burqa was detained on the Sıhhiye-Çayyolu subway in Ankara last night. Upon a citizen’s report, police teams analyzed security camera footage and identified the suspect in a short time. It was determined that the detained person was mentally unstable. Judicial proceedings have been initiated against the suspect.
