Ankara 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace blocked access to reports about links between certain investment and portfolio management companies, and their executives and partners, and publicly known figures in the process referred to as the “fund crisis.” In its decision dated 24 September, the court cited “protecting national security and public order.”
