Access was blocked to two reports published by the newspaper Nefes as part of the “fund crisis” investigation under Article 8/A of Law No. 5651. The decision cited “protecting national security and public order.” One of the blocked reports concerned the family relationship between Tera Portfolio Management Board Chair Erdin Özel and Çelikler Holding executive Fadli Çelik, while the other concerned the wealth and lifestyle of arrested Pusula Portfolio executive Muhammed Yarız.
