Access to the X account of Kırmızı Kedi Publishing founder Haluk Hepkon was blocked in Türkiye under Article 8/A of Law No. 5651. X informed Hepkon that the restriction applied only in Türkiye and that the account would remain accessible from other countries. Hepkon criticized the access block.
