The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into a social media post by the account “mr.fergio” alleging that a helicopter entered the Istanbul Courthouse. The Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office stated that the posts were false and intended to mislead the public, announcing that an investigation was being conducted on charges of “publicly disseminating misleading information.”
