The investigation into U.Y. and N.B., who walked a woman on a leash in Istanbul’s Beyoğlu district and shared it on social media, has been completed. The prosecution requested prison sentences ranging from 1 year and 10 months to 7 years and 10 months for the two suspects on charges of “publicly inciting the public to hatred and hostility.”
