Eğitim İş Bursa Branch wanted to make a press statement in the garden of the Provincial Directorate of National Education to evaluate the academic year. However, upon the instruction of Provincial Director of National Education Ali Reisoğlu, the educators were prevented from entering the area. The educators, who were not allowed inside, started a sit-in protest at the gate of the directorate. Branch President Özkan Rona said, “We will ask for the account of schools parceled out to sects”
