Anadolu Agency reporters Orhan Pehlül and Ali Gazel, who were following up on a story about the suicide of a police officer in Adıyaman, were subjected to verbal abuse and physical assault by police officers while attempting to take photographs. Despite showing their press cards, the journalists were forcibly removed from the scene and went to the hospital on their own, where they filed a complaint against the officers involved in the attack.
