For the second time, a fake court order was sent to Bianet on behalf of MHP member Ahmet Gündüz, requesting an “access ban”. The document, dated July 4, 2025, bears the same file number and is in the same PDF format as the first fake order sent on June 19.
The decision targets an interview bianet conducted with Dilek Ekmekçi. The courts listed on the document do not exist and the UYAP verification code is invalid. According to the Freedom of Expression Association, this document follows the same systematic as the fake censorship documents previously sent to Diken, Gazete Pencere and Sözcü.
