In Karabük, Ayhan Turna tried to stop the timber factory belonging to AKP Provincial General Assembly Member Recep Tetik, which was built next to his house, with a court decision. However, the factory continued to operate. Turna’s criminal complaint against public officials who failed to do their duty was not processed by the prosecutor’s office. After Turna shared this decision on social media, prosecutor Fulya Kahvecioğlu filed a complaint against him. Turna was charged with “disseminating personal data”. The first hearing will be held on September 23rd at Karabük 3rd Criminal Court of First Instance.
