Istanbul 3rd Civil Court of First Instance has denied the application on the stay of execution issued for the “ad bans” by the Press-Ad Institute against Cumhuriyet Daily. Following the decree, the Press-Ad Institute issued a notice for the newspaper in order to execute 28 remaining days of the 45-day ad ban.
