Access bans

Manisa 2nd Criminal Judicature of Peace banned access from the report prepared by the Turkish Medical Association following their observations at Manisa Organized Industrial Region as well as at Vestel Factory on the pandemic, as well as from the news made on the report.

 

The news on the 565-million-TL non-seizable credit found by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) from abroad for the subway project attempted to be seized by former asphalt company Met-Gün construction unfairly, was banned from access. Istanbul 3rd Criminal Judicature of Peace decided for the news published on August 20 on Gerçek Gündem, KRT and SoL News to be banned from access and be deleted due to “violation of personal rights.”

 

Istanbul 5th Criminal Judicature of Peace brought an access ban against the news taking place on BirGün, Cumhuriyet and Yeniçağ Daily on the transfer of the land that was donated “on the condition of building a school” to Medipol Hospital.

 

Istanbul Küçükçekmece 1st Criminal Judicature of Peace brought an access ban against the news published on BirGün Daily regarding the food tender of Bahçelievler Municipality being given to the company of Justice and Development Party (AKP) member Süleyman Memişoğlu with the headline, “Food tender always won by AKP members.”

 

The news published on the investigation related to the suspicious death of 17-year-old Duygu Delen, who fell down the window of her ex-boyfriend Mehmet Kaplan’s home, were banned from access by Gaziantep 3rd Criminal Judicature of Peace.

 

Istanbul Beykoz Criminal Judicature of Peace banned access from the news on Alp Erkin, who killed his neighbor’s dog with a gun.
