Ekrem İmamoğlu’s lawyers filed a petition with the Istanbul 40th Heavy Penal Court regarding the indictment and its appendices in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality case not yet being uploaded to the UYAP system. The lawyers stated that it was unclear whether the 3,789-page indictment had been reviewed by the court and requested that the evidence be transferred to the system and that a physical copy of the file be made available for delivery.
