The Istanbul 12th Criminal Court of Peace imposed access restrictions on hundreds of news articles and social media posts about Muhittin Palazoğlu on the grounds of “personal rights.” A similar decision had been applied to content related to Palazoğlu in September; lawyers stated that discussions regarding the legal basis for the access restrictions were ongoing.
