The police attacked the protest, “Democracy Watch,” organised by the People’s Democratic Party (HDP) in Esenyurt district of Istanbul against trustees assigned to Diyarbakır, Van and Mardin Metropolitan Municipalities. Ten people were detained, Parliament members were beaten.
