Two more people were detained on June 19 as part of the investigation conducted by the İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office into Seferihisar Municipality. The number of detentions in the investigation rose to eight with the detention of Nermin Günay and company official M.C.H. The investigation covered allegations of bribery and irregularities in zoning procedures.
