Prosecutor Ali İhsan Demirel, who conducted the investigation on the “Back to Life Operation” organized against Bayrampaşa Prison within the framework of the “Flood” plan, was acquitted in the lawsuit filed against him for negligence on the grounds that he had failed the investigation, ignored the evidence and protected the high-ranking officials.
