People’s Liberation Party (HKP) Chairman Nurullah Ankut Efe, who was sentenced to 4 years and 8 months in prison for “insulting the President” because of the books he wrote, was also convicted in the lawsuit filed against him due to his defense in court. The Istanbul 48th Criminal Court of First Instance sentenced Efe to 2 years, 2 months and 7 days in prison on charges of “successively insulting the President”.
