In the town of Silehe, Hakkâri, 17-year-old S.H. reported being beaten by village headman Halil Gök, his son, Staff Sergeant M.G., and others. The injured teenager was taken to the hospital for treatment. As part of the investigation into the incident, four people, including M.G., were taken into custody on June 9.
