The Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has finalized the indictment it prepared against 63 defendants, including Mustafa Bozbey, the suspended Mayor of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality. In the indictment accepted by the court, Bozbey faces charges of establishing and leading an organization, accepting bribes, causing urban planning violations, and improperly assuming a public office, with prosecutors seeking up to 402 years in prison.
