The Ankara Police Department’s Organized Crime Branch detained 10 people in an operation conducted as part of a FETÖ/PDY investigation. Police alleged that the suspects had used the ByLock communication application and were connected to the organization’s senior leadership. Those detained reportedly included teachers, psychologists, public employees and private-sector workers.
