Police in Samsun detained Yüşa Keskin, known as “Rapper Keskin,” along with Doğukan Urkapı, Doğuş Karagül and Salihcan Özuygur in the Canik district after footage showed a long-barreled weapon being used in a rap video. Police launched proceedings against the suspects on charges of “glorifying crime and criminals” and “intentionally endangering public safety.” A rifle was seized in the operation. After police procedures were completed, the four were referred to the Samsun Courthouse.
