41 people, including trade union and political party leaders, who were detained in the press release held in Istanbul last year to call for May 1, stood trial at the Istanbul Anatolian 53rd Criminal Court of First Instance. The next hearing of the case, which was filed on the charge of “violating the Law on Meetings and Demonstrations”, will be held on June 27.
