Human Rights Foundation of Turkey (TIHV) shared information they gathered on curfews. At least 351 officially-identified curfews were declared between the dates August 16, 2015 and January 1, 2019 in a total of 11 provinces and at least 51 districts. According to the information announced by TIHV, Diyarbakır was the province where these indefinite curfews (without a clear end date and to be conducted full day) were declared the most number of times in Turkish history. 204 curfews were declared in Diyarbakır, 54 in Mardin, 23 in Hakkari, 13 in Şırnak, 20 in Bitlis, 7 in Muş, 7 in Bingöl, 6 in Tunceli, 6 in Batman, 2 in Elazığ and 9 in Siirt.
