Van 5th Assize Court sentenced journalist Idris Yılmaz to 6 years and three months of imprisonment due to “terrorist organization membership.” Yılmaz has been arrested on January 22 with the allegation of “incitement to resentment and hostility” and was arrested once again after his release on May 16 within a new file opened due to “illegal organization membership.”
