The hearing of the lawsuit filed against journalist Sadık Topaloğlu due to ‘being an illegal organization member’ was postponed due to missing issues in the file. Topaloğlu and Mehmet Savaş did not attend the hearing held at Istanbul 25th High Criminal Court, while their lawyer Serhat Çakmak was present. Lawyer Çakmak requested the lifting of the judicial control measure against his client Savaş. The court accepted this request and adjourned the hearing to July 8 for the elimination of the deficiencies in the file.
