Police detained online broadcaster Oğuzhan Uğur as part of the investigation into the Ahbap Association. The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office issued detention orders for nine people, including Uğur, and apprehended seven people in simultaneous operations. The investigation was conducted on charges of “violating the Associations Law,” “laundering assets derived from crime” and “membership in an organization.”
