Ministry of the Interior announced that legal actions were taken against 270 people between December 17-24 due to their social media posts. According to the ministry statement, the social media users were charged with “making illegal organization propaganda,” “insult,” “public incitement towards resentment, hatred and hostility” and “intending against the indivisible integrity of state.”
