Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office filed a lawsuit against former Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Parliament Member Altan Tan for “making propaganda for a terrorist organization”, demanding up to five years in prison. In the indictment, which was accepted by the Ankara 21st Assize Court, Tan is charged for speaking in a television program he attended on March 22, 2021.
