Bekir Aslan, known as ‘Basel’ on social media, was arrested once again on charges of “insulting the President”. Aslan, who was detained yesterday, was taken to court today and sent to prison with an arrest warrant.
Aslan was detained in April during a forum organized by TİP in Gülhane Park and was released on June 26 after 2.5 months in pre-trial detention.
