The Van Branch of the Education Union (Eğitim Sen) submitted a petition to the Van Governor’s Office requesting the initiation of an administrative inquiry and investigation into Hakan Yeşilova, the District Director of National Education in İpekyolu. The union stated that certain administrative practices raise serious concerns regarding the principles of legality, impartiality, and equality. The petition also highlighted allegations that an administrative investigation targeting 85 teachers at Mehmet Akif Ersoy Anatolian High School was initiated based on a document lacking concrete evidence.
