The march, “Say No to War, Yes to Resolution with Democratic Politics,” organised by the People’s Democratic Party (HDP) in Diyarbakır, was banned by the police. The police surrounded the HDP members gathering in front of the HDP Kayapınar District building. HDP MP Dersim Dağ was detained together with her two advisors and another HDP MP, Saliha Aydeniz, was beaten. Dağ was kept in a police vehicle for about an hour and was later released.
