The Atatürkist Thought Association, the Association for Supporting Contemporary Living and the Eskişehir branch of Eğitim-İş condemned the 10-day protest ban imposed in the city over the NATO Summit. The organisations said the ban violated freedom of expression and assembly and called for the decision to be lifted.
