Former Minister of Culture and State Fikri Sağlar has been investigated for “insult” because of the question he directed to Veyis Ateş, former presenter of Habertürk TV, on social media. In a post on Twitter regarding the allegations that came to the fore with the disclosures of organized crime organization leader Sedat Peker, Sağlar asked Ateş, “On behalf of whom did you want the 10 million euros?” As part of the investigation, Sağlar was accused of “insulting” Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu for this post.
