Elazığ High Security Prison No.2 explained the torture and rights violations they face during the open meetings with their families. The convicts indicated that they are being punished with disciplinary penalties every day arbitrarily without finding out the reason; that the prison manager enters the dorms to threaten prisoners and that the guardians are torturing them. The convicts called everyone, especially human rights advocates, for sensitivity on the matter.
