The protest ban in Adana, that is ongoing since October 26th, was extended for another 15 days. The statement made by the Provincial Security Directorate referred to the military operation against Syria and indicated that the ban was brought in order to prevent protesting trustees assigned to replace People’s Democratic Party (HDP) member mayors. Ağrı Governorate also announced that all protests and events are banned in the province for 15 days.
