Exactly 12 years have passed after the assassination of Agos Newspaper’s Editor-In-Chief Hrant Dink. The judicial process that started following the murder has not concluded yet. The draft presented by People’s Democratic Party (HDP) MP Garo Paylan at the Parliament to enlighten the assassination was denied by votes from the Justice and Development Party (AKP) and Nationalist Movement Party (MHP).
Dink will be commemorated in front of his old office at Agos Daily, where he was shot. Hrant’s Friends group made a call to gather in front of the old Agos building on January 19 at the hour Dink was shot: 15:00.
