The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services called the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) to censor the movie, “Cuties” that will be launched on Netflix on September 9, 2020. The ministry claimed that the movie, which is about an 11-year-old, can cause children to be open to neglect and abuse, and that it could affect their psychosocial development negatively.
