The Constitutional Court (AYM) decided that the right to election and political activity as well as the right to personal freedom and safety of Enis Berberoğlu, who received a 5-year 10-month imprisonment sentence in the Turkish National Intelligence Trucks (MIT TIR) Case, were violated. The decree was sent to the Court of Cassation for the consequences of the violation to be eliminated and for retrial.
