Fikri Toğluk, who had previously been released on the basis of a medical report stating he was “unfit for prison” due to health issues, has been re-arrested. Following a new report issued by the Forensic Medicine Institute on March 2, which concluded he was “fit for prison,” Toğluk was taken to a police station to give a statement. After the proceedings, Toğluk was taken into custody to serve the remainder of his sentence and was transferred to Diyarbakır No. 2 High-Security Prison.
