An emergency medical technician, who fulfilled the necessary requirements to be assigned to a public institution but could not pass the security investigation that was put in practice during the State of Emergency period and later remained in practice. The court indicated that the applicant “had clean records” but found his father, who is a member of Haber-Sen of the Confederation of Public Workers’ Union (KESK) as well as his mother, who wrote an official letter on the Participation Partnership consensus signed between the government and EU in 2014 “inappropriate.” Therefore, the court issued that there is no unlawfulness in the failure of the applicant in the security investigation.
