On the 10th anniversary of the October 10 Ankara Massacre, the lawyers of the case published a report titled “10 Years in Search of Justice”.
The report revealed that although the massacre was preventable, the state did not take the necessary security measures and public officials were not included in the trial.
The lawyers stated that the policy of impunity continues in criminal and administrative judicial processes and that the decisions of the Council of State have turned this understanding into jurisprudence.
“What is not written in the court decisions is the reality of the country and is in our memories,” the report said, emphasizing that the struggle for justice will continue.
The next hearing will be held on December 23, 2025 at Ankara 4th High Criminal Court.
