Following the attack outside the Israeli Consulate in Istanbul, a simultaneous ISIS operation was carried out in 34 provinces on April 8, 2026. During the operations, which were coordinated by the chief public prosecutors’ offices, legal proceedings were initiated against 273 individuals, and 198 people were taken into custody.
