Gürsel Tekin, appointed trustee to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Chairmanship, announced that the party membership of 63 CHP members who protested Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu at the Garip Dede Cemevi had been suspended as a precautionary measure. Tekin said the decision was taken following an assessment of incidents that occurred at religious sites.
