Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Van Provincial Co-Chair Handan Karakoyun, who was accused of “insulting” and “public incitement towards hatred and enmity” on the grounds of a social media post regarding the attack against the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HD) Izmir provincial building and the killing of party employee Deniz Poyraz, was acquitted in the lawsuit filed against her at the Van 7th Assize Court.
