The lawsuit filed against artist Şenol Akdağ, who was detained during the police raid against his house in November 2020 and arrested for “giving a concert under a terrorist flag and banner” and was imprisoned for 3 months within the scope of the file, resulted in his acquittal of the charge of “making propaganda for a terrorist organisation” at the Istanbul 34th Assize Court.
