The application Republican People’s Party (CHP) Istanbul MP Enis Berberoğlu made due to violation of ‘the right to personal freedom and safety’ as well as ‘the right to election’ was denied by the Constitutional Court. Berberoğlu is arrested due to revealing classified documents on National Intelligence Organization (MIT) Trucks. The Constitutional Court found Berberoğlu’s application unacceptable due to the claims of violation lacking basis.
