Journalist İbrahim Coşkun, who was on trial due to ‘illegal organization membership’ and ‘making illegal organization propaganda’ by possessing an issue of Özgürlükçü Demokrasi Newspaper in his car, was acquitted. Manisa 4th Assize Court decided that there is no issue of withdrawal against the newspaper and that the “material elements of imposed charge is not established.”
