The case of compensation filed by the 3rd Airport construction and managing firm against Cumhuriyet Daily due to the news published in the newspaper on February 12, 2018 with the title, “3rd Airport Like A Grave” on the working conditions and work murders at the construction site, was concluded. Istanbul 19th Commercial Court of First Instance issued for 15 thousand TL of moral indemnity to be issued and for the decree to be announced on three newspapers with the highest rates of circulation.
